HOW IT WORKS.

How to Earn Stamps:

  • 1 stamp for every $100 spent on a tattoo

  • 1 bonus stamp for booking a tattoo over $1,000

  • 1 stamp for referring a new client who spends $200 or more (Referral must be mentioned at the time of booking & verified before the appointment.)

  • 1 stamp for posting your tattoo and tagging the artist & studio (Limited to ONE post per tattoo. Post must remain live for at least 24 hours.)

  • 1 stamp for leaving a 5-star review on Google (Client name must match the name in the booking system.)

  • 1 stamp for returning within 3 months for another tattoo (Applies only to the same client, not transferred bookings.)

  • 1 bonus stamp with the "WE OUTSIDE BOOST":

    • Post your tattoo to your story at a bar or a restaurant.

    • Must use the Snapchat location filter to verify location

    • Must be done within 1 month of your tattoo session

    • The post must be timestamped and verified before applying the stamp

Rewards Structure:

  • Every 5 Stamps = Free Aftercare Kit (Claim within 30 days. One kit per client per 5 stamps.）

  • 10 Stamps = $100 Off (Requires a minimum spend of $200 to redeem.)

  • 20 Stamps = $200 Off (Requires $500+ total spend to redeem 2 cards.)

  • 30 Stamps = $300 Off (Requires $1,000+ total spend to redeem 3 cards.)

  • Maximum of 3 cards can be redeemed at a time.

Loyalty Card Retention & Redemption Rules:

  • Clients may keep their loyalty cards until they choose to redeem a reward.

  • If a client redeems ANY reward (10, 20, or 30 stamps), the used cards must be surrendered and voided.

  • Clients may stack completed cards to redeem larger rewards (up to 3 cards at a time).

  • If a client has partially completed multiple cards, they may continue collecting stamps until ready to redeem.

  • Once a card has been redeemed, it cannot be used again for future redemptions.

  • Loyalty cards cannot be transferred, shared, or combined between different clients.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Stamps do not expire, but the studio reserves the right to end the program at any time. If discontinued, all unused cards will be VOID.

  • Cards must be fully completed before redemption-partial redemptions are not allowed.

  • Multiple cards may be combined only if the total spend meets the requirement.

  • Loyalty rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted.

  • Stamps earned through social media must be verified before applying.

  • Referral stamps are only issued after the new client has completed their session.

  • Only ONE social media post per tattoo session qualifies for a stamp. (Deleting and reposting will not earn extra stamps.)

  • "WE OUTSIDE BOOST" posts must be timestamped and include the Snapchat location filter for verification.

  • Loyalty cards and stamps have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The studio reserves the right to adjust rewards, terms, or program details at any time without prior notice.
