Your deposit has been received, and your session is officially booked. We’ll reach out two days before your appointment to confirm your schedule and review final details to ensure everything is ready for your tattoo.

To make your experience even better, we offer a few optional add-ons to help you heal and feel your best:

  • Premium aftercare products, including Hustle Butter for optimal healing.

  • Professional numbing cream for a more comfortable session.

  • Replacement bandage for improved healing and added protection after your first bandage is removed.

If you’d like to add any of these items, simply let us know and we’ll have them ready for you at the studio.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To make sure you’re ready for the best tattoo experience possible:

  1. Hydration: Please ensure you are well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment. Hydrated skin makes the tattooing process more comfortable and promotes better healing afterward.

  2. Rest: Get a good night's sleep before your appointment to feel refreshed and relaxed.

  3. Avoid Alcohol and Drugs: We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment, as they can thin the blood and increase bleeding during the tattooing process.

  4. Eat a Meal: It's essential to have a nutritious meal before your appointment to maintain your energy levels throughout the tattoo session.

  5. Additional Guest: You may bring one additional person along with you but they will be required to wait in the lobby during the entirety of the tattoo session.

  6. Child Policy: If you are planning on bringing any children they will need to be accompanied by another adult as they will not be allowed in the tattoo area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

  7. Arrive on Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can complete your tattoo within the scheduled timeframe. IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND DEPOSIT FORFEITED.

  8. Aftercare: Remember to follow our aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing of your tattoo. Aftercare instruction can be found at https://www.calaberas.com/aftercare.

  9. Deposit: As per our deposit policy, a non-refundable deposit was collected to secure your appointment. The deposit will be held until your appointment date, after which it will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo session.

  10. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

  11. Final Payment: The remaining balance for your tattoo session will be due prior to the start of the tattoo. We accept only cash for the balance.
